Apologies for not posting here in a while; finals took up a lot of my time.I know Seiran gets a lot of flak for her seemingly useless/redundant ability to fire bullets from other dimensions, but in actuality, no ability is useless; it all depends on how you use it.
I figured I would make a comic on just that.
