Description
Some ichthioid designs I made a while ago for an outdated xenobiology project. They're very Earth-like, but I still think some aspects are good.Related content

The scanner program gives me an option to save them as JPEGs, so I just save them onto my desktop, and from there I upload them to DeviantArt.

any of these would be intriging and want-to-follow-these designs for entire families of (land) animals!
(ie, what's the Venus Fishcatcher like in the tidal zone? or the one above-right of the corkscrew, when it comes onto land)

Hmm, I never really thought about that; this piece was pretty much just a sketch dump.
But now that I am thinking about it, the Venus Fishcatcher would probably take a form that looks more like a short-toothed comb planted teeth-up in the coastal seabed. And the Corkscrew's lineage would probably never move onto land.

those were two examples. (I bet they'd all do well, at least in the tidal zone)
