Sadly, no. Two main reasons for this:
-in order to function as I wanted it to, the articulated join at the jaws needed to be rigid. I actually started by riveting it so they were movable, then soldering it solid.
-and second, the tempered steel leaf springs that would be called for would've tipped the scales on this sucker. It's a hairpiece, so weight is an issue.
the third, not-main reason being I'm lazy.
