The bezels and posts I made myself, from silver stock. The buttons need to be cut down anyway, since they come about 1.5 cm tall with all kinds of flangey crap attached to the base. To do that I used a jeweller's saw. I'd advise against shaving them down on the sides as that'll mark the crap out of the acrylic.

I was thinking $45 usd per pair (like A/B or X/Y, you'd have to pick one.)

On a related note the posts are 18g. I don't know whether that's a real issue for you or not.

Not sure of what... posts are... or what 18g means...
But yes, I'd love to buy the A/B pair if you'd sell them to me.
I do live on an American Military Base out in Japan, so you'd have to be fine shipping to an APO/AP address. It doesn't generally cost any more than shipping to anywhere within America though.
