The martian Fighting Machine from Jeff Wayne's Musical version of The War of the Worlds. Designed by Michael Trim in 1976 for the album art. Probably one of the designs least faithful to H.G. Wells's actual descriptions of the martian tripods, but still my favourite.Related content

Maybe, if the book allowed for martians to stay longer than they did, they would have shown more designs like this one? ... or maybe I was thinking too much on "UNiverse at War: Earth Assault"?

Well, it is an interesting game, but most people would know the ending usic for it 
I am sure you'll nail it, because it is my guess that most people will always have to make retouches to make ther models printeable
