So I got pretty bored today and decided to make a Froslass perler for some random reason. I've actually kind of liked Froslass for a while, well favorite ice type, anyway. Just thought the design was cool or something when I first played Pokemon Diamond when I was younger. Took me about an hour to make, 3 pegboards. I hope you all like!
Froslass belongs to Pokemon, and Pokemon belongs to Satoshi Tajiri.
