A beautiful panel layout! It's simple for the eyes to follow, but the way you use the "overlapping" panels to show more of the figure is very interesting!
I'm sorry that I'm probably being dramatic, but I don't see professional layouts like this too often... And Spiderman is my all time favorite hero!
