Description
This is the result of a conversation between me and ~maffy-chan on myth creatures for the other nations
I know the tatzelwurm is from the alpine regions and should probably more reptilian like, but I just can't help to find this idea hilarious
Next time I need to draw him doing the treble clef >D

Here's my opinion:
Norway- Huldrekall. They're tree spirits that look extremely attractive from the front, but have a hollow wooden back. They usually have a fox or cow tail. They usually try to capture young women who travel alone at night. either that or a Fossegrim, which is a water sprite that will take the form of a horse, an island with glowing eyes or a fancily-clad man. In the human form, they have an exceptional talent for the violin. Those who hear the songs they play either drown in the Fossegrim's river/lake or dance until they collapse.
Sweden- Mountain troll. Big round noses, big ears and GIGANTIC. Sometimes have tiny trees growing out their backs.
Denmark- A dragon similar to Nidhogg, the serpentine dragon that gnaws at the roots of Yggrassil, the tree of life.
Iceland- Huldufolk. Essentially a tiny elf. Usually trickster spirits.
Finland- [link] A Moomin ^^

Wow, really awesome suggestions
But my problem starts with not knowing the personality of the nordics to begin with. And I don't trust Himaruya's interpretation

Well, here's my interpretation:
Norway- Not quite emotionless or tsundere. Just shy around other people and takes time to truly trust people. When he speaks, it's usually in riddles (or at least very vague) but he is no idiot. He's a bit like a quiet Luna Lovegood. He does have his angry moments, however, mostly due to a violent Viking past. His best "friend" is most likely England, due to their historical reltions and the fact that they both have an affinity for magical creatures. A popular theory is that he taught England most of the magic he knows. He's a very mysterious character.
Sweden- Big and intimidating, but really just a giant teddy bear. if provoked enough, however, he will fight (and usually win. Usually.) He's still a little bitter towards denmark due to complications during the Kalmar Union, but generally has gotten over it. He's the only character with a confirmed homosexuality, probably because Sweden was one of the first countries to legalize gay marriage.
Denmark- The Prussia of the nordics. He thinks quite highly of himself and is almost never without a silly grin on his face. Tends to hover around Norway, and considers the two of them really good friends. Sometimes Norway teases him (in his own strange, punch-in-the-face-when-you-annoy-me way) but denmark is pretty oblivious to it. Really, Nor keeps him in check XD (Hungary, anyone?)Denmark loves to be referred to as the King of Scandinavia.
Iceland- An island covered in volcanoes, Ice is almost as introverted and cold as his "onii-chan". But unlike norway, he actually has an amount of social skills. He is one of the few people who kinda-sorta trusts Russia. Out of all the Nordics, he's probably the only "normal" person. He is embarassed by his brother trying to treat him like a little kid, but is still very close to him.
Finland- Usually kind-hearted and cheerful. finland is the peacemaker of the group, very good at stopping fights. No seriously. he's not usually one to get angry, but he has an old rifle in the closet and he isn't afraid to use it. He can be quite the badass. Just ask Russia.
and thus, i give you the Highly Dysfunctional Nordic Family.

In my opinion, Finland is like a cheerful child with a bit of Russia-craziness mixed in.
