Description
This is Sandra, one of the existing Changed, currently going through her first transformationShe's turning into a Weaver, a spider like creature that uses the webs to catch and eat nightmares (yes, inspired on the dreamcatcher)
The reason she's wearing different clothes was because the world she ended up in is medieval in style, so she had to adapt in order not to attract unwanted attentions

It was basically about people from our world being kidnapped into a parallel one that's still stuck in the middle ages. And crossing over causes people to slowly transform into a myth creature (which is what's happening to her)
