Well, I am learning about more styles of painting in Photoshop. I would like to do more of this kind of thing before the summer is over. And, I really wanted an updated piece of Utena in my gallery.*made some revisions*

I made some more revisons, this time i worked the hair a bit more to that it is not as blotchy.

Sadly no, but it does have a 30 day trial and is about 60-70USD. Just google "paint tool sai"
