In honor of my acquisition of the final DVDs of Zim! I don't draw them too often anymore (although I have a ton of old pics that I haven't posted because... they're old. And they suck. But there are a few I'm planning to re-do), and I don't have any clear idea why. That aside, I'm not entirely sure what's goin' on here. It looks like the crew is gettin' sucked into som sort of vortex-thingy. That's one crazy BG, no?And I realize that the style isn't quite right. You can be nice and overlook that, can't you?

Nice! I can't put my finger on why I like it so much, though.
It probably has something to do with the colors and the composition. Looking at it certainly gives me the feeling of being drawn into a vortex.
That must be it... the world of IZ pulling me helplessly in deeper and deeper... Help!... no, on second thought, DON'T help!

When I first read the title I thought it was going to be a Jimmy Neutron picture. x.X Invader Zim's better anyway. I love their expressions, they suit the characters perfectly. The drawing,colouring and swirling vortex of doom are superb. ^__^

Lots of people are into the dog-suit version. I like robo version, myself. I have to try the dog version, though, because it's cute ^_^ The DVDs have the spanish-language tracks on 'em, and I like the voices. They're fun ^_^

I guess some of it had vivid colours. Your Billy and Mandy horror character spoof had a nice color contrast to it.

It did, but they were all so dark; I don't stray into the area of light purples, pinks, light blues, greens and so on. I usually color in a fairly monochromatic style, so it's super fun to deviate from it, no?
