Happy Halloween to those of you who celebrate it (and happy Sunday to the rest).As you can see, I’m still sticking to the blue colours.

First, I love the dominate use of blue. It gives this a calming aspect, like a sweet dream one has for most the night. Green as a side color goes well with the blue, and does not disturb the calm mood. The gentle swirls with the smooth bumps enhances the mood.
The transitions from the dark to the light blues is smooth - you mixed them well. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
One area that sticks out to me is the center with the light blue. The strokes there are a bit rough and chaotic. I don't know if this was intentional or not.
Overall, this is a very thoughtful and mild painting. It nit to demanding, nor is boring. The subject is also unusual.
