Abilities: A fearful stare that upon making eye contact will send a chill so great down the victim's spine that it freezes the blood. Make weapons by freezing the moisture in the air. Upon suffering life threatening injuries, she'll disintergrate into shards of ice and escape with the help of her penguin followers who will sweep up the pieces and flee in all directions, she'll then recuperate in safety, taking up to a week to regenerate.
Bios: An ancient being that made her home in the cold polar caps. Angry at the fact that global warming is melting her palace, she decides to take matters into her own hands and sets off to deep freeze the world...permanently. Leading an army of loyal penguin followers, she's determined to ice every major city in the world...stopping only to take an ice-cream break or maybe a shopping trip or two.
