i know this is very similar to my previous batman deviation...so sue me i love the batguy.i did draw his eyes this time which i used to think made him look weird but alex ross pulled it off and who am i to argue with mr ross.
once again sketched on A4 with 2B then coloured and finished on CS
word.
oh and please take time to fullview...it'll come back to you tenfold

I've always thought that batman is one of the most tragic characters... not in his story, but in the way he is represented.
I don't know, it's just such a dark character. Yet, he does his work in spandex or muscle shaped plastic. He ends up looking stiff, and less serious than his character is. I remember seeing some comics called Batman Bloodlust or something, where he was vampiric. His bat horns were insanely long and the shadows ran deep across his overly obnoxious muscles. I thought this was better than most Batman drawings just because they ran with the ubsurdity.
Damn fine drawing though, not putting you down, I just had to rant about that one. I've tried doing my own interpritation, but the only one I liked had him wearing a trench coat, and that still didn't seem batman to me.
