Photomatix HDR.The track to this was very slippery from the rain.

The water looks like plastic. Maybe it's the texture you've got in this capture.
But, as Lizelle said, you can almost hear the sound of the water. Really nice, and a nice angle as well.

The plastic water is a result of Photomatix blending the three water exposures. It is quite noticeable in this shot, but I think I do like the effect, especially in my other pics from this location.

The water is a result of the HDR processing. It is a side effect from photomatix that I like, although it is a little strange.
In a sense I have moved the log so it cuts through on an angle using the correct lens distortion tools in PS. Was photographed parallel to the bottom of the frame.

Monet went with me with her camera, and slipped on the slippery rock steps. (The tracks were closed, but lots of people were using them.)
