Description

The Klingon Bird of Prey, IKS Rotarran cruises at warp against the backdrop of distant galaxies as it hunts for Dominion convoys in the shallows of Cardassian space. General Martok has come to enjoy these patrols behind enemy lines.

"Worf, you must come with me more often!" he grunted to his friend, back at Deep Space 9. "Battle is never more fulfilling than when you stand on the bridge of a Klingon ship and hunt down these vermin - without honor!"

Worf swayed from the temptation of the offer, strong as it tugged at his Klingon heart.

"I would like that very much, General," he said with a slight hesitation. "But I must attend to my duties here." Martok nodded with grim understanding.

"Duty is honorable, Worf," he said and then straightened and patted his friend on the shoulder. "Still, I will talk to your Captain and see if he can spare you!"

"I would appreciate that," Worf smiled.
