I love the simplicity. The looseness of the lines contains a spirit of freedom. I also like the way you drew the moon with the same design that appears on the building. This quaint little drawing would be right at home in a children's book or on a postcard.

See, this one for instance is really cute to me. I like it when cats sit thoughtful like that for one, second, I love the slightly naivistic style it has. As for the details, there are so many. What strikes me about them, is especially the curly patterns on the moon and the tower. When I just sit and doodle and don't try, I doodle like that. When I try to create an interesting pattern - they still come! I love those shapes so much. Also the crooked (it is a chimney, right?) really adds to the overall impression, of kind of a funny and childish mood. I love it

I wanted the moon and the tower to look somewhat like in an oriental fairytale, so I chose the curly pattern for them! And the chimney and the cat, well, cats would sit besde some still-warm chimneys at night, won't they? I really like drawing children book style illustraions!
