Thanks to and for the base model I modified to make the bow tie.The good Doctor needed an enemy. Well, he got one.

Funny thing, part of me wants to try to try a pony reskin based around the Eighth Doctor, utilizing Pokey Pierce as a base after some image I saw on the KYM gallery for the Doctor Whooves/Time Turner character.
