Tutorial three in "Kami's Request." This one features Kiki on her broom from Kiki's Delivery Service. It focuses on using textures to create the essence of the icon, and using vivid coloring to suit the theme. Made in PSCS2, can be translated if you have Selective Coloring, but it will be very difficult without it unless you know how to match the adjustment.
