I don't think you need to explain at all.
I really like this one. The scrappiness of it is really great the mob of crow eyes is really creepy and I love the one on the very end, flying off.
(Okay, I wasn't going to mention this at all, but the more I stare at it, the more it bothers me. His hands look like tree trunks or the roots of some strange vegetable. The clothes look great though.)
