OH MY GOSH!! HOW DID I NOT NOTICE THIS BEFORE?!
Am I late to the party? I must be... It literally just hit me though! I was talking on skype with my sister and she was like, "Did you see Derpy in 'Hearts and Hooves day'? She was with some guy on a bridge."
So I watched it, and was like...
So yeah... had to make this... Sory. I will move it to scraps now.
P.S. Still waiting on Hasbro to give me permission to work with Tara... I am getting impatient...

You could ask for volunteers to voice the characters instead. I've already got some for an upcoming flash project and some sound very similar to the real deals. The person voicing Luna and Nightmare Moon sound frighteningly similar to the originals.

It's not Hasbro you have to get permission from, its the union for voice actors and specifically the person that holds her contract for Studio B. If she works on a private project that isn't licensed or pays them for the work then she could be fired and breach her contract. The do it this way to prevent legal issues with their voice actors and keep liability on any work that would be used in a way that would be offensive and illegal.

Oooh I see! Thanks! I will do more research and see if I can contact them! I mean, this won't hurt the show, and so far studio B has been pretty cool. I don't see why they won't let me make this. Especially since Tara is down for it!

the only reason I don't see them letting it happen is because of licensing issues because of not only copyright of the character she plays might cause problems with her contract but also they won't be making any money or the fee she has to pay to the union for each job she does. It's very hard to get official voice actors to do projects because of this since most would have to pay out of their own pockets to the union and they run the danger of being replaced on any current shows they work on.
