I think most drugs are misunderstood.
All bad things related to alcohol do not happen because of alcohol. They happen because someone drink too much alcohol (or rely too much on its "funny" effects). Blaming the alcohol, like, for a car accident is like blaming the sun on for the lack of light on a cloudy day, when in fact the clouds themselves are to blame.
