LOL I used prismacolors. Copenhagen blue, true blue, cornflower blue, and then a layer of white to blend them together with a little of the colorless blender. The background is canary yellow, spanish orange and white to blend those together.
The flames at the bottom were rendered in photoshop with my wacom graphics tablet. I just got it and i love how they turned out.
Thank you for the comments, your work is absolutely amazing and its quite an honor to have someone like you praise my work! Although, it also helps to have a creative influence (i.e. the ice sculpture) to work from.
I hope my speed helps in the workplace when I get a job in a year!
