Hope y'all will find this tutorial helpful/useful. This is how I draw his infamous sinister looking jaw mask, my way -plus the "important" note part (at bottom) is really important.Well, good luck and have fun practicing!

yea, the teeth is the hardest part, and i cant really make it so that it gets smaller the farther away the teeth are....but im practicin, and ill get it soon

hmm interesting to see in what order you draw it. i always first draw the outlines and add the teeth in the end - both rows.
i know that his mask is kinda in synch with his normal jaw.. but when i remember rightly in the anime it sometimes is and sometimes is not moving when he laughs... dunno in the manga....

It does open when he laugh wide and open mouthed like in his initial battle with Ichigo before Tousen came to fetch him
