Description
It's been over a month since I did that drawing of Striker from Helluva Boss with Daryl Dixon from the Walking Dead together since they were both played by the same actor Norman Reedus. I had another idea for a fanart of Mrs. Mayberry from the first Helluva Boss episode "Murder Family" with Matilda Wormwood from the movie, Matilda, since they're played by the same actress, Mara Wilson.

I noticed the nice connection between both characters since Matilda was adopted by her teacher Miss Honey, and Mrs. Mayberry used to be a teacher until she killed her husband in a fit of rage for sleeping with the serial killer Martha before killing herself out of remorse. So in a nutshell, Mrs. Mayberry was Matilda all grown up and following her adoptive mother's footsteps.

So here are Matilda, who I've drawn in Vivziepop style just like I did with Daryl, and Mrs. Mayberry bonding together over a book, with Matilda reading the classic Herman Melville story, Moby Dick, and Mrs. Mayberry enjoys reading with her. I also have a headcanon that Mrs. Mayberry loves to read as a pasttime, and her first name would also be "Matilda".
