Description
While I've been working on the next chapter of my Helluva Boss story, I decided to introduce another character from my story. This is Maybelle, a friend of Striker's who also befriends Maya, becoming one of her first friends.

Maybelle is the daughter of Buford and his wife Bertha, the owners of the Watering Hole saloon and inn that Striker always went to whenever he visits Satan's Frontier, the town he meets Maya in. While Buford runs the bar and Bertha runs the kitchen, Maybelle provides the entertainment by singing for the patrons as they enjoy a good meal or drink, and she has a great singing voice. Her father and Striker's father were friends until the latter passed away long ago, and although she is younger than Striker by six years, she enjoys his company and sees him as a big brother, although she tends to have a little fun with him by trying to seduce him in a teasing way, but she knows he's not into her.

When she first meets Maya, she calls her a whore after catching her servicing a couple of clients in the back room of her family's saloon, but she later regrets it when she gets to know Maya more after Striker saves the latter from the same two men and a friend of theirs when they tried to rape her. She sees that she and Maya actually have quite a few things in common, and she becomes Maya's first female friend in years since before she was forced to live with Victor and was abused by him, and she starts seeing Maya as a big sister. Along with Striker, she helps protect Maya from her abusive step-uncle.

I wanted to try doing her in two of the outfits she'll wear throughout my story; the one on the left is her casual outfit when she's not working, and the one on the right is her outfit when she's performing at her family's saloon.

For her voice actor, I thought of having her voiced by Kelly Clarkson, since she's done a bit of acting and the fact Helluva Boss is a musical show is the reason I chose a singer to voice my character.
