Of all the things to invigorate my motivation to draw, suddenly developing an affection for Driblee wouldn't have been my first guess. This came out of nowhere in the last couple days, I'm serious.

Uhhh, anyway. This is Flo. That's her name because that's the best my creative process could come up with while I was digitizing this from the scanned pencil doodles (which can be found here ). She's a driblee lady who loves relaxing by water, in water, and while filled with water. She likes to drink... a lot. Like way, way too much.

All that is also the best my creative process could come up with while digitizing this from the scanned pencil doodles (which can still be found here -- that didn't stop being a thing that was true or anything).

i think these mostly speak for themselves but hey, a caption never hurt nobody

1. Full to the gills- sometimes Flo surprises even herself
2. An upset, gurgly stomach and an unladylike belch trying to force itself out- probably drank too fast
3. Sometimes the thirst just grabs ahold of ya- definitely going overboard here, probably leading directly into #1 if not an even more full belly. Take it easy, girl- fish need that pond to live in
4. Taking a relaxing swim under the water after a satisfying drink- bliss in replete, wobbly fullness

and because i can't leave well enough alone, she has a theme, which is basically just the music i spent most of the digitizing process listening to

why does she have a theme, she didn't even exist until less than twelve hours ago

oh well, she's cute, that's gotta mean something, right

aw maaaan you can totally tell i mirrored #2 because the shine on her belly is facing the other way
