Yaah this one took me a while! I’m trying some new stuff again, this time mainly with the backgrounds and stuff.
I haven’t talked about music in a while, so here’s a song I listened to a bunch of times while working on this page.

Webb's eyebrows are so wonderfully expressive. Though what's he trying to say by wearing that whistle as a choker?

Haha, he is trying to say "the guy who drew me didn't think about the physical impossibility of ever actually using this whistle."
I'm going to go with this theory: Mr. Webb has been wearing that whistle since he was a child, and his neck has gotten so massive that it is now impossible for him to remove it.

A way for him to be found by his parents, as Webb-child had a terrible tendancy to wander off.
This way, if ever he is out of the (ooo, can you feel the pun coming?) "Webb", he simply blows the whistle and his parents can locate him, much to the relief of the other shoppers that are wondering why a toddler is blowing a rape whistle so aggressively.
Alas, the whistle prevented Mr. Webb from pursuing his one true passion, bodybuilding, as the sheer girth of his neck would have been like ringbarking a tree.
So he instead found meaning in becoming a teacher, that and cheescake. I think Mr. Webb LOVES cheesecake, don't know why.
