Cross-posting this here from tumblr: blairaptor.tumblr.com/post/161…Obviously lots of people draw human or android Wheatleys as just Stephen Merchant in cosplay (it's hard not to when the person providing the voice is a living caricature) but I also wanted to design my own look for him, just for fun. I threw around a few features I liked, like white hair and freckles, a rounded face, etc. Don't know if I'll get to the body but regardless it felt great to paint something again! I always love painting portraits.

Thanks! I love freckles and doing crazy stuff with them (like scale freckles on one of my OCs, or these glowing freckles) is so much fun!
Ah, nice! I feel like the childlike association with freckles fits for Wheatley since he's goofy at the start and of course the player is supposed to like him. So that's why I use 'em. More Wheatlies with freckles, yay!

As someone with an insane amount of freckles, I take that as an indirect complement! XD
I might use the idea a lot actually, and not just for cores! XD
Say, I know we don't know each other all that well, and your probably awfully busy, but would you be interested in playing the Co-op for Portal 2 with me? I haven't found any one to play with and you are a really nice person! I am pretty busy myself, so I wouldn't be demanding and I completely understand if you don't want to.

Ahh man I would love to play the co-op with you but the problem is I don't own Portal 2! I've never actually played any Portal games. I just got into it by watching silent playthroughs on YouTube. Sorry to disappoint. But if I ever get the right computer specs and decide to buy Portal 2 I would totally love to play with you. Right now though the only game I really play is Pokemon RPGs.
