Description
While rather calm and non threatening in appearance, the Floppy Mud Dragon is a rather swift and precise hunter. It submerges itself almost entirely in the thick mud on river beds, waiting for prey to wander too near. It uses its large wings to swiftly and suddenly propel itself at its prey from up to 12 meters away. Using its large mouth, it swallows small prey in one bite, however, it can take on larger prey such as small sized crocodiles. It has one of the strongest jaws relative to its size in the animal kingdom and uses this to inflict a sudden and swift crunch to larger prey's necks. Similar to a crocodile's 'death roll', it tears off chunks of larger prey to feed.

The creature was named the 'Floppy Mud Dragon' because of its various fins that become limp and 'floppy' when blending into its environment.

Body Length (head to tail): 2.8 m
Wingspan: 3.1 m
