The only issue I have is Scout smoking. He's a runner, if he smokes his lungs are going to be wrecked and he needs those to run around. I mean I guess a cig here or there won't "hurt" him to bad but...still seems a little off to me. Unnatural. Otherwise it's amazing work like all your stuff.

This is exactly what I think when I picture the mercs out of battle. Sniper arguing with Scout, Engie being quiet, Spy being... Well, Spy, and Pyro cooking, wearing his chef's hat.
Maybe Heavy wants Pyro to make him a sandvich.

Nice! I like to see the classes doing their everyday stuff. Here is what I think they are doing:
Demoman has just woken up from being drunk. Medic and Engineer are listening to the others talking. Spy doesn't seems to have the appetite perhaps he wants to have French food.Scout is talking about how bad smoking is and tells Sniper and Spy to quit smoking. Sniper is pointing out something about smoking. Soldier is tapping on his left wrist saying that it's time for training even though he doesn't have a watch.Heavy happens to wake up late and asks Pyro where has all the food gone to and Pyro's just going to wash the pot.
