I always think Pyro once had a happy family, and he now uses his maniacal behaviours to hide something. The reason he never take off his mask is because he doesn't want people to see him cry.

One critique I'd give is that Demo looks a little bit animu. I think it's mostly down to the shape and spacing of his eyes and mouth, especially compared to that of everybody else.
