As you might know scouts dad died (or Scouts mom and dad got divorced). After That happens, Scouts mom tries to find a new man. Through coincidents, Scouts mom found a nice British man in England. So little Scout and his mom fly to England to live with a Scouts mom's future husband and his little daughter.
