Description
A quick little experiment I did in Paint.NET to fiddle with layer modes. These are some 1980s/cold war era inspired airliner leaflets and timetables which would be given out at various airport waiting rooms and kiosks.I'd like to imagine in this fictitious timeline perhaps quiet-supersonic-technology would be developed and supersonic airliners would become more of a standard in the aviation industry, hence the SSTs and Concorde knockoffs on some of the covers.

You captured the style of jet age airlines so well - crisp designs and bold colors which shout, "We're new, bold, and fast!" I love that era of aviation history.

That looks really cool. **thumbs up**
As you had allready a suggestion for making similar ones for trains, may I suggest something similar? Just for ground effect vehicles, which would be used in a different timeline instead of ferries to ship people across channels and seas? Sorta like the Lun-class ekranoplan, just for civilian use.

I like that idea! Although I suppose Ekranoplans would sort of be unneeded for civilian use when it comes to crossing seas, since airliners would be much faster and can actually land at airports in countries as opposed to just seaside docks.

Well, who knows in a parallel timeline, people in places with many islands, like the carebean or Indonesia said 'Hey, instead of building airports with large runways to connect our islands with airplanes, just let's use the sea as our runway to land and start' .
Guess one could argue that using with ekranoplanes you would not need as much infrastructure as like with regular airplanes. Just a large body of water, and it can land and start.
Anyhow, keep up the great work.
