"Understood Breaker One. Standby for rearming," the radio on my helmet replied clear as the open skies around me. I left the pulsejets of my fighter on as the various deck crew rolled in to hot rearm my aircraft. As my wingman touched down I could see his stupid milkshake emblem on his tail fin. I swear to God he'd get stuck in the cockpit from his fat ass if he had ever ejected. The deck boys finished up my rearm as I began the checks on my aircraft once more.
"You're good Breaker One! All systems check out!"
"Solid copy, thanks for the ammo."
"Electromagnetic catapults at the ready! You are cleared for takeoff Breaker One!" multiple deck crew scrambled into place to clear the way for my fighter as they prepared to service my wingman next, "Raise the blast shields! Good luck up there!"
With fire and fury I firewalled the throttle as my explosive engines burned a solid plasma flame. I felt the rush as I was pushed into my seat as the catapult launched me into the open skies. I soared into the heavens with the roar of a pulse detonation RAMjet in my wake.

Amazing. IΒ Like how you handled the ocean and the sun. My only criticism is that on a real carrier there'd be at least 15-20 more final checkers standing around not actively engaged.

It's true now that I look at it that there would be more crewmen, although I don't want there to be too many, as it'd look kind of cramped.
