What better thing to do at 4 in the morning than submit a picture to DA
I just now got this finished actually, wanted to post it asap since she had her end already finished; a marvelous rendition of Vera which turned out beautifully, if you would like to check it out view here: 
[link] One of my many accidents with liquid substances x3 My new white-out pen leaked all over the page, so yeah... it became snow >>; (even though the leaves are still green x3 yeah *loser*)
I always hate my traditional coloring but I am trying to improve with it. Oh and in case the perspective is so off that you can't tell --- she's laying on her back on a tree branch and that's supposed to be grass below her, and the leaves in the picture are supposed to be part of the tree, not bushes x3 ah well! =3

I've been trying to pick out an animal that I could have as a furry. Everyone else has furry versions of themselves, but not me! Sob! I really like owls so I use the owl in my signature cuz I think they look cool, but I thought an owl furry would look weird. You made a really cool owl furry. I applaud you yay!

Cold snap. Get 'em like that sorta situation sometimes in the northerner reaches of Florida while things are still green. They're what's required to get persimmons to ripen, actually. Don't think there's usually much in the way of snow but there is some associated with 'em I believe.

Must have been a tough choice, but it doesn't look bad at all. In fact i wouldn't have tought of the green leaves in winter if you hadn't said it (or maybe because the trees are always green where i live).

D: I just saw this deviation like 3 seconds ago? XD On Lady-owl's page..assuming that's how you got to me. XD; Meep, is beautiful. ;w; I wish I had a more variety methods of coloring like this (I can never do texture like that on teh tree *___*). The pose looks great. Hmm...perspective is fine..the only thing that could have made it look like what you have plan is the direction of the grass (pointing up), but then I would have no idea how to draw that. XDD If that snow was an accident...destiny loves you. The snow really goes well.

I think the coloration is very well done. Perhaps a bit too much black lines on the tree branch, but nothing of importance.
