Sweet, I saw a crease in the neck and was worried it was going to get beheaded or something. I didn't know it was possible to post vids on this, can you export it to MP4 from blender?

Not directly from blender - well, it's possible but risky since if anything crashes you'd have a corrupted file and many wasted render-hours. Output was in jpeg sequence, then I composited it in Aftereffects!

I don't have the money for after effects, I am rendering a 4 minute animation. Do you have any tips for animating?

Yow, four minutes of blender animation is crazy long, depending on how many elements you've got in there! This already took many hours of render time and it was hardly a minute, no complex background or anything. I'm sure there're some freeware compositing software about if you look.
Umm I don't really have that much experience with animation actually! Just... observe things from life, think about movements, feel them, and then try and replicate? But hey, if you've any questions just ask and I'll try to answer 'em as best as possible!

I have one question, will video quality change in the image sequence from Jpeg to Png? I thought there was a difference but not sure.

Yeah you're right, png is lossless while quality for jpg will be lower!
