As one of the Liberites' creators (specifically the Scarlet Sentinels, grumpy 18th century British Redcoats in a constant feud with their sister Chapter, the all-American, gun-shootin, apple pie-eatin Eagles of Glory) I can help you there, here's a list of which Chapter descends from which Primarch:

I'll have fun with the whole entirety of the universe. Not a parody of a stupid meme from /tg/--I'd rather have a fully realized legion to work with than some neckbeard's poor understanding of one or a 1 dimensional parody. And least interesting Legion? I didn't know the Iron Warriors were brought up.

To crown the entire cake the Wulfen who is explicitly stated to be reason enough to get the space wolves wiped off the face of the galaxy--not only did the Lion turn a blind eye to that Azrael did the same when the Space wolves abandoned all their allies to daemons. The Dark Angels of all people kept their secret safe.
If having a dark secret with some team kills logged makes you a traitor .
