Following Up My Boredom Of The Past Few Days I Decided To Look For Some Contests, And Found One Being Done By . This Was To Draw Her Character In A Sonic Riders Or Just A Cosplay... I Misread The Question And Did A Completely New Outfit e_e Oops? The way you coloured the eyeshadow really draws my eye to it. And I love how there seems to be a trail of sparkle in the eye reflection, like she's seeing a shooting star or something.
Im guessing you use the dodge and burn tool, but thats ok, cause thats your style :3
