Grrr, couldn't think of a better name to suit it. Anywayz, another gift for my best buddy .Behold!! The balls of wisdom!!
I did my best to make the clouds all chinese like cause of course tis' a chinese dragon. lawlz.
It really didn't come out the way I wanted, but too late.

Those colors are VERY smooth. Your blending technique gave it almost a vector/3D effect.
Your our outlines are very smooth and accurate also.
It would've been a little better if you would've given the balls that the dragon is holding, a glowing effect. There are a few places that could use some shadows. But other than that its just fine.
Your dragon anatomy is great. Your highlights are great too, thats what gives it an eye catching feature. From a distance the dragon almost looks metallic.
