I know I said I'd get this to you in a day, but I decided I wanted to colour it. For our first official contest as a shiny new DA group (which you should all officially join by clicking the "Join this Group" link at the top of the main page), I decided I should at least TRY to have something purtiful.

So what IS this contest you ask? GOOD QUESTION. Allow me to officially announce the ComiX Covers Contest

For this contest you'll be making the cover to an X-men: Evolution comic book. You don't have to have any actual story behind it, just make an image that would look good as a cover! Of course, if you HAVE a story, that's fine too.

To enter, your picture needs to have a title logo- preferably "X-men: Evolution" or something Evo related. This is the EVO-Obsessed-Club, remember, so we're not so interested in Uncanny X-men, or X-factor, regardless of how awesome they may be ^_^;

On that note- Please please PLEASE try to limit yourself to EVO characters. Banshee and Psylock may be canon X-men characters, but they never showed up in Evo (no, S.E.Gordon's sketches don't count). If you absolutely, postively cannot RESTRAIN yourself, and simply MUST draw a cover with Polaris on it, I will accept covers with ONE non-Evo-canon character on them.... but I will be making this face while I do: -___-;

Though- please do feel free to parody, or re-draw covers already in existence. For example, this promo image was drawn from Uncanny X-men #4 . Just- if the cover features a non-Evo character, see if you can't replace them with an EVO character :3

SO! To summarize! :3

1. Draw a picture!
2. Put an Evo-esq title somewhere on it!
3. ???
4. Profit!
