I created this completely from scratch. It's College Ruled Line Paper. I didn't do any measurements or anything until after I printed it. The lines on my first try were a bit too close, so I had to redo it. After I printed this out, I compared it to an actual sheet of store-bought college ruled line paper. It's almost perfect! Now I can have writing paper that is 8.5 X 11 inches! So excited!

If any of you wish to use this, feel free to.

If you use this in your art some how, and you would like to share, I'd appreciate it. At this moment, there are 364 downloads on this! Wow!

I never expressly said how I'm licensing this piece, as at the time I didn't know that this information was important. I just want everyone to know that this is a cco licensed piece. That means it's completely free and you can use it however you want, without crediting me or back linking, in personal or commercial projects, on this website or any other platform, digital or otherwise.

Also, I'm considering turning this into a vector graphic, both as an svg/eps and exported as a png. That way the lines are crisper and more precise. Would anyone be interested in that? And, since this one is like so much, does anyone want me to make one of these with a different rule? A specific measurement of line height would be necessary to make it. If anyone does, I would be more than happy to provide that, too. Or if anyone wants a different line color or paper color, I can do that. Just let me know. Of course, it would be completely free, cco licensed. So, it would not be necessary to credit me or link back or anything, and you'd be able to use it in any project for any reason. I do this, because this is how I give back to society and artists. It makes me feel useful.

I really wish that everyone who downloaded this also added it to their favorites. (I always favorite the things I download from my fellow deviants.) :/ That would allow it be be seen by more people, help the downloader find it again if they lost it or just wanted to give credits or direct a friend to it, and it would brighten my day a little more every time I looked at it. Assuming that every download was a different person, this deviation would have had over 400 favorites! I am really grateful to have provided a resource that everyone likes so much. Don't get me wrong, I'm astounded that a simple digital paper got so many downloads! I thought it would be ignored entirely. It's just that favorite-ing something just shows appreciation. It would be nice to have that, too. I'm not trying to complain, I just wanted to state how I feel, so that maybe more people in the future will read this and decide to give it a favorite. Anyways... enough of my blabbering.
