***PAINTING DESCRIPTION***

Here we have a little scene (...err... well, technically this is a 4K resolution, so it's a big scene) of space. It's a galaxy full of energy zipping all about the planet and stars. I believe this is possibly my best one yet?

***PURPOSE FOR CREATION***

I made this painting to help coach my sister through the one she's currently working on as of the early hours of 06 Dec 2016. (I'll post a link here, once she's finished her beautiful painting, if she uploads it!) I never intended this to actually be this epic! I thought it would just be a scrap that I would use in a tutorial later or something. However, I have taken ample screen shots and saved everything I told my sister. I will be making a tutorial for this painting. Once I have it finished and posted, I will put the link to that here as well.

***REASON FOR TITLE***

I looked at this and felt it. "Synergistic" was my first thought, the first word to come to mind. Then I looked up the definition... and viola! I had to give it that title! It just fit!

***SYNERGY DEFINITION***

According to dictionary.com:

"Synergy (sin-er-jee)

noun, plural synergies.
1. the interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effectthat is greater than the sum of the individual elements, contributions,etc.; synergism.

2. Physiology, Medicine/Medical. the cooperative action of two or moremuscles, nerves, or the like.

3. Biochemistry, Pharmacology. the cooperative action of two or morestimuli or drugs."

I created this solely in Gimp 2.8 with it's native features.

It's a 4K resolution (4400 x 2650 pixels). I can't believe my laptop did this!
