I see what you mean. I was in Madison a month ago. Arrived just after the football game saturday afternoon. The city was awash in red T-Shirts and I thought I should invest in a liquor store. Everybody seemed plastered. Great City though.

I live about an hour from there south.
Yeah, the entire town is trashed 24/7. It's crazy stuff. Very liberal town and lots of good parties, concerts or protests, depending on your particular scene
