Who the hell needs talent and creativity anymore? Just use a few dumb Emo lyrics and you won´t even need colours or a nice concept. Be uncreative, be stereotyped, be without any statement and your work will definetely become a favourite.What I like to say is: Many people at DA use lyrics written by Emo bands. Hey, so do I. But all these people put a lot of work, a little love and a small piece of their soul in their poems, pictures and avatars. They look for a nice background, they choose the colours carefully and they think about a concept, about a special statement within their work.
I don´t think that these people are worth being overlooked because of other people using popular Emo lyrics with the result of getting all the attention.
Being creative doesn´t mean copying popular words on a white background. Being creative doesn´t mean putting a blinking smiley next to the words and calling it "individual".
Being creative means giving people the chance to take a peek into your soul by creating more than just a few black letters on a white screen...

Think about what you just typed there. You just said that you are being different and unique. Isn't everyone else? You say the right things at times, I do agree on that, but then you just say something that's the total opposite of it which make your statement wrong.
Calling yourself Emo, is like saying you are the same as every other Emo out there. Not being different, and yet you just said you can like whatever you want. Anyone can like whatever they want, they just choose not to because they want to fit in with something that NO ONE is. No one is fully Emo, everyone has some sort of Emo in them. Doesn't mean that they are Emo. Using labels such as Emo is just a shorter way to describe PART of someone's or your personality instead of saying the whole thing because people got lazy in the next generation and decided to CHANGE THE MEANINGS of words such as Goth. Goth's are "One of an ancient Teutonic race..." from the 13th and 15th century.
Find your damn facts before you start saying things like how you just were.

Even if the real anyone was Emo; it's still not really copying. Munki may just have parts in her personality that are grouped in the Emo category ALONG WITH OTHER descriptions.
Munki's point is that, ones who label themselves as Emos are trying too hard to be JUST Emo and only do that because they just hate anyone that looks Gangster or w/e their reason is. Either way, it's stupid. Copying isn't original unless you change it into your own way. For instance, I like this short black tie, but everyone else in school has it and people would be saying I'd be copying "their" style. I add other things with it and change it a bit.
THAT IS ORIGINAL and UNIQUE. Because no other one person can make it just like you did yourself. No matter how hard they try, the feeling can never be match to what you put into it. THAT IS UNIQUE AND ORIGINAL.

1. I never said that you were Emo, I don't label people.
2. First of all in this number two, it's not spelt "senn" it's spelt "seen". Secondly, I never said they wear the EXACT same clothes. I said that they copy everyone else's style then go off add some black eyeliner or whatever and say their style is Emo. You should shut up since you don't even know what you are even talking about. You have nothing to defend here or anywhere until you can get your facts, story, and mind straight.
3. Actually, I am part of this. You want to know why? I don't like it when people mess with my friends, whether they want me to or not, I stand by their side.
