Nice action shot. Seems like he's headbanging because of the way his hair is (although I'm guessing it's the hairgel doing the job? 
I could wish for more light on his upper body here, but all in all this is a great shot.

Unfortunately the lighting for that venue is entirely sporatic and unpredictable. It's quite horrid for pictures. I do what I can though.
