While it looks impressive the transformation looked just wired.
The cars front end was the head?
The chest being the cars roof but then folds backwards?
Alot of Transformers have the front of their cars as part of their chests, Jazz, Prowl, Smokescreen ect are prime (heh) examples. Their heads for a seprate part.
The chest roof is good but if you see how the likes of Tracks, Wheeljack, Sunstreaker even Runamuck and Runabout have the front of their cars form their legs and feet.
It look like you took asspects from many and just mashed them up. It is difficult to see how a car would look if it was a transformer but if you look at the charactes and see what parts of their modes are still shown it would give you an idea of what parts should dissaper in the robot mode.
