Illustration project for the action "catch".8.5X11" chalk pastel on paper.
I may make this avalible as a print if anyone is interested.

i should make you illustrate my sister's book for her she wanted me to do it but i refused, cos i'm not good with illustrations like that. im' not creative.

I agree this would make an excellent christmas card or christmas print. Wonderfully expressive....just gives you that carefree childhood feeling - even for just a moment.

Wow, great pose for this piece! i love remembering all those times i used to try and catch snow on my tongue - now i see my siblings do it! it's so funny because one time my younger sister ate a bug doing that....
awesome sense of 3 dimensions and great shading/texture of the snow.

Adorable! I remember getting a bit dizzy when I used to do this as a kid... so the perspective encourages that, and I find myself a child again only for a moment!

This is amazing! Nicely captured moment - I remeber when I was young I used to do that, especially at night, standing under the street lights and seeing the snow flakes coming out of nowhere. ahhh Just stunning!
