Coming from the Kingdom of Matahari where the host previously had been a Paladin. He moved to Cydonia to try for the Dragon Knights, only to find out that you actually need a dragon pokemon to be a member. What a waste of time in Matahari, right? Thanks a lot gramps, leading me on to make me think I could just transfer like that.

Likes:
Kazmir doesn't like much of anything, especially things that waste his time. However, he enjoys seeing things happen on time, he enjoys seeing things happen as planned, not to mention when things are correct and in order, and he absolutely loves it when things go his way. He doesn't have many other hobbies other than laying in the lap of luxury, however sometimes his dark, mysterious and aloof persona leaks out and he can be caught staring from outside his balcony on clear starry nights.

Dislikes: Recklessness, a lack of tact, wasting time, people who break rules for the sake of breaking rules, those who put Arceus' name in vain.

Personality:
Kazmir is condescending, impatient, arrogant, and, for him to tell it, only a little manipulative. As a human, he only really held traits of where he had no patience and was headstrong, but becoming a host to Dialga, the other traits naturally followed. When interacting with other people it is purely hit or miss. Depending on how he feels that day he could be completely compliant, others he may be explosive. However he does judge on appearance, so do not approach him looking like a tavern wench. Kazmir and the Host generally share thoughts, seeing things in a similar view. Eventually the host would believe that his thoughts are Dialga's thoughts-- exactly as how Dialga would like it. Kazmir values, as expected, time the most. He also values Arceus and and the strong will of excellent knights. He cares about his 'brother' and 'sister', Palkia and Giratina respectively, even though he thinks Palkia is a nuisance and Giratina is clingy. Things that set Kazmir on edge would be a mishap in any kind of plans since he's meticulous about those kinds of things and likes to see high success rates. He also can't stand it when other attempt to take advantage of him or his siblings. Currently, Kazmir doesn't have any true fears of phobias, since he's had plenty of time to get over them.

When it comes to business, Kazmir is terribly formal, but snide comments are ever present. Casually, he's less concerned about the customs and formalities, but he'll still keep them in mind for the sake of class.

History

Before time, space or the universe, a large pokemon egg was born from the heated chaos at The Beginning. From the egg, Arceus was awakened to his powers, immediately taking the burden of creating the universe unto himself. From his vast knowledge, he created the principles of time, space, matter and antimatter. To uphold these creeds, he birthed the three dragons and spirits: Giratina the Upholder of Matter and Antimatter, Palkia the Dictator of Space, Dialga, the Keeper of Time, Azelf the Embodiment of Willpower, Uxie the Overseer of Knowledge and Mesprit the Curator of Emotion. His job complete, Arceus fell into an eternal slumber, entrusting the completion of the universe in the hands of the six entities. Together, the Children of Arceus traveled across the vast and expansive new universe, making new planets that could sustain life. Millions of years passed and, agreeing that their Father's wishes had been successfully carried out, the six finally settled down onto one of their planets, going their separate ways.
Let's go back to a kid who is raised by his grandfather-- someone who was thankful for all that Arceus had done for the world. This kid is raised with these influences, and carries them into adult-hood where he strived to be a protector of the land that was so graciously given to him by a god. Of course, now that this child has become a teenager, he inevitably realizes that his grandfather's ideas are becoming out-dated and that he slowly turns into a rambling old man. However, that teenager still carried his quited faith in Arceus, and as he he was enlisted into one of Matahari's finest. From there he was truly given the power to be a protector while showing his thanks to the one above us all.

As that teenager scratches the beginnings of adulthood, he shows an avid interest in the Kingdom of the Universe-- Where the first three children of Arceus are rulers, and the kingdom was built on having the divine one as the supreme form of justice and rule. To serve as a knight here would only be nothing more than a great privilege, showing his humility to Arceus and offering his live to protect and fight for the world he was given. Unfortunately, this young man was neither gijinka nor had a partner, and he was denied entrance on his first try. He felt that was unjust, and he wasn't going to take that kind of treatment sitting down. He questioned the need to even have a dragon partner, remembering that his old man said "as long as you have pure faith in Arceus, a dedicated drive to serve for him, you will make it into his infantry." More than anything, all he could think of is all the time he wasted in being a paladin-- that he should have started in Cydonia to begin with, that he would have a trained partner as skilled as the other knights in the army.

In the mean time, Dialga's previous host was growing weak and frequently ill. The son of Arceus was terribly particular on choosing his hosts, which had put a few earlier hosts into a dangerous state-- as well as himself. However, he heard of the man who felt strongly against how the Dragon Knights worked, as having such an opposition would bring his name into even the eyes of a High Council Member. Dialga requested an audience with this human to hear out his argument.

From there, it is terribly easy to piece together what happened. That human brushed past a stroke of luck, or was it fate? The words his grandfather spoke became true, as the human now took a place closer to serving Arceus than he could have ever imagined-- as a host to the legendary beast of time.
