I've been trying to do some hard cg again some more lately, and this is my second attempt. Fairly satisfied, though there are definitely some kinks I need to work out, mostly just getting more control over my tablet pen.Mediums: Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop, on and off.

I swear, the first time I saw this dress, I thought she was the bride at a wedding. Seriously, my thoughts back then were simple. A white floor length dress, is used at weddings and nowhere else.
When I was reintroduced to this scene via Sailor Moon Abriged [link] I was inspired to play this song. [link]
